• Are eStat Hawaii / Haru Energy affiliated with Taiyo Solar Solutions?
  No. eStat Hawaii Inc., dba Haru Energy has no agreement or partnership with Taiyo Solar Solutions, Inc. (formerly Haru Services Inc.) to subcontract, jointly perform work, or guarantee each other’s services.

• Does my Haru Energy installation warranty cover work done by Taiyo Solar?
  No. If your PV system was installed by eStat Hawaii / Haru Energy, your included guarantee does not cover any work performed by Taiyo Solar.

• Can Haru Energy service systems installed by other companies?
  Yes. We can service PV systems installed by other providers; however, all such service work is billed directly to the customer.

• Why is there confusion between the companies?
  The confusion stems from similar or previously related company names. Despite this, the companies operate independently with no shared service obligations.

• How will I know I’m working with Haru Energy staff?
  Our customer service representatives and technicians will clearly identify themselves as eStat/Haru Energy staff during all interactions.

• What should I do if I’m unsure who installed or services my system?
  Contact us. We’re happy to help you determine your installer, service coverage, and available support options.

• What is Haru Energy’s goal in this clarification?
